Prices are based on corporate and/or private hire for a single day event (8 hours of operation) with discounts for additional days hire. Each event is customised according to the client’s objectives. Pricing is subject to change depending on season, location and style of event.
Venue fees vary depending on city, location, local council policy and time of year. Dinner in the Sky is open to using client venues and can alternatively assist in finding the ideal venue for your event. We negotiate the venue on behalf of the client and provide the venue management with all the required information and paperwork

Dinner in the Sky work with preferred catering partners however open to working with our clients’ caterers when required. Price per head is dependent on menu choice and bar service.
Dinner in the Sky can custom brand the table according to client wishes, options include roof, roof advertising panels, table tops, seats, seat belts, headrests and banner underneath the table. Quote on demand.
Each event is different from the last and customised to achieve a specific guest experience according to occasion. Dinner in the Sky provide a full range of event equipment including sound, lighting, marquees, red carpet, astroturf, luxury toilet hire etc. Quote on demand.
